Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Aw Yeah T-Shirt Action . Because all of our products are custom-printed just for you at the time of your order, we handle returns and exchanges a bit differently than a traditional clothing store.

Please review our policy below before making a purchase.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

Quality is our top priority. If you receive an item that is damaged, mislabeled, or has a clear printing error, we will gladly provide a free replacement or a full refund.

  • Time frame: You must report the issue within 7 days of receiving your package.
  • Requirements: Please email us at len@aytashirts.com with your order number and clear photos showing the damage or the specific error.
  • Note: Minor variations in print placement or color are a natural part of the custom printing process and are not considered defects.

2. Sizing and Color Exchanges

Because every item is printed specifically for you, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect size or color choices. * To ensure you get the perfect fit, please refer to the detailed Size Charts available on every product page.

  • If you are between sizes, we generally recommend ordering one size up for a more comfortable fit.

3. “Buyer’s Remorse” / Change of Mind

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind about a design or no longer want the item after it has been produced. Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

4. Lost in Transit

If your tracking information shows that your package has not moved for a significant amount of time, or if it has exceeded the estimated delivery date, please contact us.

  • Time frame: Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • Exceptions: We are not responsible for packages that are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but are missing or stolen. In these cases, we recommend contacting the carrier directly or checking with neighbors.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

If a package is returned to our fulfillment center because you provided an incorrect address or the package was unclaimed, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

  • We will hold returned packages for 30 days. If we do not hear from you within that time, the item will be donated or recycled.

How to Start a Claim

If you have an issue with your order, do not send the item back to the address on the package. Instead:

  1. Email len@aytashirts.com with your order number.
  2. Describe the issue and attach any necessary photos.
  3. Wait for our team to provide you with specific instructions and the correct return address (if applicable).
